King Crimson

プログレッシブロックの最強の怪物バンド。 繊細なメロディ、キレた音。天使と悪魔が同居したような印象です。 歪んだギター、ファズがかったボーカル、もの悲しく響くメロトロンの音。 ハードロックな中に、インプロビゼーション的な要素も多く取り入れてるようです。 曲の編成もややこしくて、曲によっては変拍子とかで大変です。

初めて聴いたアルバムは噂の名盤「宮殿」。 いきなりぶっ飛びました。２曲目はうって変わって透き通るような曲。 歌詞（リスニングできないが）もいわゆる俗世とは縁のない世界。 一体何なんだこのバンドは!? といってる間にハマっていきました。

ハッキリ言ってどのアルバムも素晴らしいです。 中には理解不能なインプロの海もあったりしますが．．． バンドの変遷の裏にみえるRobert Frippの個性もなかなか。
